Calls AnalyticsNORA module — not active

Once the Twilio + OpenAI keys are connected, NORA's call volume, minutes and lead outcomes will chart here — fed by real call records. Nothing is simulated in the meantime.

NORA — AI Voice Assistant

👩‍💼

NORA is designed, not connected yet.

She will answer incoming calls, qualify buyers (language, product, quantity, destination), log every call here with a summary and next step, and hot-transfer hot leads to you. The dashboard, Calls and Call Summary screens are already wired for her data.

Twilio number — pending OpenAI Realtime key — pending Call data model — ready

What NORA needs to go live

1️⃣ A Twilio account + voice number (out/in calls, recording).
2️⃣ An OpenAI API key with Realtime access (per-minute usage billing).
3️⃣ Your go-ahead — the worker pipeline, call tables and this UI activate on your approval (Phase 3 of the plan).

Calls

Call logwaiting for NORA

No calls yet — this table fills automatically from NORA's live calls (caller, country, summary, outcome, recording). The API-key setup activates it; no redesign needed later.

Buyer requests

Requests submitted through the public site form land here automatically, each with AI-matched verified suppliers. Review, then email the client from your own inbox — the draft button opens your mail app with everything prefilled.

RFQ / Deals pipeline

Follow-ups only

Each buyer request becomes a deal here. Enter your purchase price, the cost model adds freight, duty and fees, and you see the expected profit before you send the offer. Move the deal along the stages and set the next follow-up.

Products & Inventory

Product cataloguePhase 2 — coming on your approval

A Products table (categories, stock, notes, per-deal links) slots in here next — the sidebar entry is ready. Today, product demand is visible per request under RFQ / Deals.

Sourcing / Auctions

Auction & liquidation watchPhase 2 — coming on your approval

Your suppliers already carry Auction / Liquidation / ITAD flags — this screen will turn them into a sourcing workflow. Until then, filter suppliers by those flags under Suppliers.

Customers

Every buyer who sends a request lands here automatically, with their requests and deals attached. Repeat buyers are matched by email, so you see their history instead of a second entry.

Cost & profit model

These are your own numbers — they drive every deal's landed cost and profit. Leave a field at 0 if it does not apply. The calculation is pure arithmetic, so the same inputs always give the same result.

How a deal is priced
Landed cost = (quantity × unit purchase price) + freight + duty + FX buffer + other fees + payment fees + import VAT (VAT is skipped when you mark it recoverable).
Cost per unit = landed cost ÷ quantity. Suggested sell price per unit = cost per unit × (1 + target margin).
Expected profit = revenue − landed cost. Margin % = profit ÷ revenue. ROI % = profit ÷ landed cost.
If you type your own sell price, that price is used instead of the target margin and the deal shows "manual price".
